Queen of Hearts

"Basic Game Play
A game board, containing 54 cards (deck of poker cards including 2 Jokers, numbered, sealed, and face down and sealed behing a scrath of covering) made by a vendor, will be on display on the Tin Roof Stage with the Queen of Hearts as the “Jackpot Card”. A Tumbler or similar device will be used for mixing raffle tickets. Winning tickets will be tumbled and selected in Public View. 

Eligibility
Open to the public. To be eligible to play, you must be 21 years or older with valid state ID. You must have ID with you to win any prizes. Tin Roof & Red Bull employees are NOT eligible to play. 

Where
The Queen of Hearts game board will be displayed on the Tin Roof Stage. It will be locked at all times except for the drawing. 

Drawing Dates
First drawing will be held on Thursday, December 14th, 2017 at 9:30pm. Weekly drawings will occur every Thursday at 9:30pm (unless otherwise posted). Cut-off time to purchase tickets is 9pm.  Drawings will not be held on holidays that fall on Thursdays. 

Ticket Sales
Tickets go on sale every Thursday. Tickets will be $1.00 each, with no limit on the number of tickets purchased. Tickets may be purchased immediately after the weekly drawing and up until 30 minutes prior to the next week drawing. 

How To Fill Out Ticket
All tickets sold are single stub tickets so you must print your name on the back of each ticket. Only one name per ticket. (Nicknames, abbreviations or numbers are not acceptable forms of a name on the ticket) You must also write down the Scratch off number you wish to pick on the back of the ticket, just in case you are not present at the weekly drawing. The back of the ticket should look like the following, for example: 

Full name: John Williams (To match valid State ID) 
Telephone Number: 815-222-9999 
Scratch Off Number: 34 

Once your name is on the ticket, return it to the bartender or officials running the Queen of Hearts for that drawing, to be placed in the raffle tumbler. The other half of the ticket will be retained by the purchasing player for verification purposes. You need not be present for the drawing. If the winner is present that winner will receive 80% of the prize awarded, However, if a winner is not present, the winner will only receive 40% of the prize amount. If you are not present, and have not designated a card number to be turned, then the ticket is disqualified and a new ticket will be selected from the tumbler. 

Queen of Hearts Payout
For those who are present during the drawing: If your name is drawn from the raffle tumbler, you must have your half of the winner ticket, along with a valid state ID, and only then will you get to choose a card (#) from any eligible scratch off remaining on the game board. 
If the card chosen is the Queen of Hearts, the winner will receive the advertised jackpot.

If player is not present, (Name will be called 3 times before determining if they are not present) then the specified Scratch off number written on the back of the ticket will be opened by the officials and the winning player would then be eligible for only fifty percent (40%) of the specified prize amount. The winner will be contacted by phone at the number they provided on back of the ticket. 
If the winner of the ticket is unable to be contacted, he/she has 1 week to claim their prize. Cutoff time to claim winning ticket will be 7:00pm on the following Wednesday.

Additional Payout Information
If the Queen of Hearts is not drawn, additional prizes will be as follows, for players who are present for the Drawing Only:

• If your ticket is drawn - $50.00 (Winner must be present)
• Any Joker – $200

If player is not present, then the specified scratch off number written on the back of the ticket will be opened by the officials and the winning player would be eligible for only fifty percent (40%) of the specified prize amount. The winner will be contacted by phone at the number they provided on the back of the ticket. 

After Drawing
Once a card is selected, it will be removed from play and shown up on the board. Each week after the drawing, all tickets for that week’s drawing will be destroyed."
